It is FDS’s policy to maintain and improve safety & quality at every opportunity. FDS achieves all the quality standards and regulations laid down by the Airworthiness Authorities.
FDS management has established quality objectives, communicates the importance of meeting customer and regulatory requirements and makes resources available to demonstrate it’s commitment to quality. Human factor principles are applied throughout all areas of the FDS organisation.
The Quality Management System is maintained using continual improvement processes to improve it’s effectiveness in accordance with the international standards for quality management.
FDS ensures the resources for the quality management system include quality planning, resource provision, training, work procedures, product verification, continuous improvement and management review.
